Thank you for supporting Stoicmind Studio. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, returns, or replacements may be offered.
1. Physical Artwork (Prints, Posters, Originals)
Because artwork is often made-to-order, all sales of physical items are generally considered final. However, we will make exceptions in the following cases:
• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The order is lost in transit
• A significant printing or production defect is present
If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damage or defect (if applicable)
We may provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.
If you encounter a technical issue downloading or opening your file, contact us and we’ll make sure you receive a working copy.
3. Cancellations
Orders for physical items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production or shipping has not begun.
After that point, cancellation may not be possible.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:

• Minor color differences between on-screen previews and physical prints
